Come and meet other parents, enjoy a hearty meal and have some fun answering questions with our Friends of Canford Quiz.
Join us from 19:00 with your team of up to ten people. The quiz will begin at 19:30. If you are keen to join but don’t yet have a team, don’t worry; we can organise that for you.
Please note, this is more of a social occasion than a test of your general knowledge!
To give you an idea, below are a few questions from previous FCS quiz nights...
What is the meaning of the internet slang acronym NGL?
Which country is it tradition to eat KFC for Christmas dinner?
How long did the Hundred Years War last?
How many millilitres are there in a pint?
Who was the captain of the Black Pearl?
Surplus funds from this event will help to support Friends of Canford partnership projects.

FAQ's
What is the dress code?
Smart casual
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, please. We need to ensure teams are allocated, we cater for the correct number of people and to everyone's dietary requirements, and we require you to book by Sunday 25th October.
Do you recommend pre-ordering drinks?
We do... We trialled it for the first time last year, and it ensured the quiz started on time, with all guests in their seats with a drink in their hand. The bar will be open throughout the evening for additional drinks.
I don't have a team; can I still join?
Absolutely, we will put you into a team.
Where do I park?
