Please note that photographs will be taken at the event. If you do not wish to be in photographs, please let the photographer know. 

If for some reason, you are no longer able to attend this event, please let us know as soon as you can. For most events, we will be able to offer a refund if we receive notification within 10 days of the event date. However, some events are dependent upon a minimum number of participants and a refund may therefore not be possible. 

This event is organised in accordance with our school policies and procedures to ensure that events at Canford and off-site are a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for all.  Visitors and guests are expected to treat staff with dignity and respect at all times.

What is the dress code?

Do I need to book in advance? 
Yes! All guests must be booked by Sunday 29th November to ensure we cater for the correct number of guests and everyone's dietary requirements.

Will I receive a physical ticket?
No, tickets will not be sent to guests. We will have a guest list to check you in upon arrival. 

Where shall I park?
Please enter Canford via the arch entrance and follow signage to parking. 

What are the timings?
Join us from 12:15 where we will enjoy lunch together, before heading out to watch the rugby.

How do I know who else is attending?
You can see guests who have booked and who have an online profile at the bottom of the events page. We will also send out a guest list to everyone who has booked a couple of days before the event. If you would like to know who will be joining us in the meantime, do get in touch: community@canford.com. Please note that some guests may not permit their name to be shared on the guest list.

Can I bring a guest?
Absolutely, please ensure you have also booked them onto the event by Sunday 29th November. 

I didn't play rugby during my time at Canford, can I still attend?
Whether you played rugby at Canford, or just want to enjoy lunch and the match, everyone is welcome!
