| Old Canfordians |
It was a real pleasure to welcome back the Class of 1986 for their reunion, held on a beautifully sunny day at Canford. The sunshine has been a consistent feature of reunions this academic year, and once again, it provided the perfect backdrop for a special occasion.
Old Canfordians travelled from across the globe to be there, with guests joining us from Australia, Canada, France, Switzerland, and some from much closer to home. The result was a wonderfully vibrant and far-reaching gathering, bringing together OCs from across the world, all connected by Canford.
As always, there was a real mix of those returning. Some had not set foot back at Canford since the day they left, while others remain closely connected, whether through regular event attendance or even business partnerships formed over the years. Any initial nerves quickly faded as familiar faces were spotted, or rediscovered with the help of a name badge, and conversations began to flow with ease.
The atmosphere throughout the day was warm and relaxed, filled with laughter, shared memories and the unmistakable comfort of old friendships picking up right where they left off. It was a joy to see so many connections rekindled and celebrated.
We are very grateful to everyone who joined us and made the day so special, and we look forward to bringing together lots of OCs next week at our annual OC London Drinks.
